To give you the most listing inventory to view online, ERA has introduced ERA SearchRouter^SM on our ERA.com. With ERA SearchRouter^SM, you are able to search for ERA.com listings and then link over to local listings on ERA company Web sites.

For example, you search for a four-bedroom, two-bath home in your city and state. As you browse the listing results, you will see an option for "Link to more local listings". By clicking on this link, all of the data that you had specified for your search (four-bedroom, two bath home in Orlando, FL) will automatically be transferred to a local ERA Web site, which will allow you to see a full set of market listings that match your criteria.

This eliminates the need for you to type in your search information again – and of course, also offers you more listings to view!
